S2R s.r.l., with registered office in Firenze, via Vittorio Emanuele II n. 161 Firenze, email info@s2r-sismosafe.it pec: s2r.pec@dnmail.it (hereinafter “Controller”), owner of www.s2r-sismosafe.it web site (hereinafter “Site”), as Controller of personal data of people visiting the mentioned site (hereinafter “Users”) provides hereinafter the Privacy and Cookie Policy pursuant art. 13 del Regulation UE 2016/679 del 27 aprile 2016 (hereinafter, “Regulation”, The Regulation, the DL 196/2003 and the DL 101/2018 are together referred as “Applicable Law”). The Site and the services provided through the Site are reserved to any person aged 18 or more. The Controller does not collect personal data of any person aged less than 18. On request of Users, The Controller will delete immediately all personal data related to persons aged less than 18 unintentionally collected. The Controller shall take in the utmost account the Users privacy rights.

The Controller will process personal data using manual and IT tools, assuring a strictly relationship with the stated purposes and data security.
Personal data will be retained as long as needed for the stated purposes and, anyway, for the Users and Controller legal protection.

3. Data communication
The Controller’s site management staff could access personal data. These people are designated by Controller and will process personal data according the stated purposes and the obligations of Applicable Law.
Personal data could be accessed by third parties designated, by the Controller, as Processor (pursuant art. 30 of Regulation) as, for example service providers.
Users have the right to obtain a list of the designed Processors by requesting it to the Controller as indicated below.
4. Users rights
Each User has, free of charge, the following rights that can exercise sending an email to: info@s2r-sismosafe.it or a letter to the registered office of S2r S.r.l.
Right of access: the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data.
Right to rectification: the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning himself or herself.
Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’): the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the erasure of personal data.
Right to restriction of processing: the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing.
Right to data portability: the right to receive your personal data, which you have given, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Right to object: the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning himself or herself.
Right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
