High industrial chimney - Bibbiena (AR)

Laser scanner survey, terrestrial dynamic interferometry, double flat jacks and  penetrometric tests on mortar with brick crushing lab test were carried out in order to calculate input data. Furthermore, 3D numerical modeling of the  47 m high chimney was performed. These assessments allowed for the identification of the structure's critical issues and suggested interventions to reduce its vulnerability. Construction management was also carried out.
