Geo-structural, geotechnical, and rock mechanics analysis of the Zarivav’s marble quarry in Ambaji (State of Gujarat), to check the possibility to plan underground excavation to increase the quarry production and the life of the existing quarry. Based on positive results, we designed the quarry plan and relevant technical documents. 3D FLAC finite elements modeling of the underground quarry with estimation of the safety factor (FoS) for chambers and pillars in accordance with local technical and mining regulations
